In 2016, the cycling market was dominated by mass-produced frames with identical finishes. Personalization meant voiding your warranty. Secondarily painted frames were rejected by manufacturers. Riders who wanted something unique were forced to choose between self-expression and peace of mind.
We didn’t accept that trade-off. As cyclists ourselves, we knew the frustration of loving a bike that didn’t feel like yours — and the fear that customizing it meant riding without protection.

SACCC entered China’s cycling industry with a singular focus: high-end custom coating and exclusive paint customization. At a time when unified mass-production dominated, we chose the harder path — building from every detail of hand construction and personalized design.
Over five years, we walked alongside thousands of cycling enthusiasts across China. Every frame was a conversation. Every paint job was a promise. We listened, we learned, and we documented every insight.

In 2021, SACCC INDUSTRY was officially founded as an independent brand. We abandoned the irregular after-sales customization model of the market and launched a standardized official frame customization service.
For the first time, personalized creation and formal quality assurance were not in conflict. We established the core 3C philosophy — Customized, Creativity, Committed — and built strict full-cycle standards around design restoration, creative output, and service experience.
Most importantly, we did what the industry said couldn’t be done: we launched the exclusive lifetime warranty for non-human damage on custom-painted frames. No asterisks. No exclusions for personalization. Your design, our guarantee.

After years of perfecting the art of the frame surface, we turned our attention to what lies beneath. The EURUS aero road frame was born from an obsession with balance — aerodynamic efficiency and visual purity, structural stiffness and all-day compliance.
Every tube profile was shaped through countless CFD simulations. We rejected the trade-off between raw aero performance and refined aesthetics. The result is a frame engineered for speed, designed for individuality.

to the world.
Australia first.
In 2026, we stepped onto the global stage. Based in Hangzhou — our headquarters and global shipping center — SACCC launched full online sales and dedicated after-sales service for the Australian market.
We chose Australia because Australian cyclists understand value. They know the difference between a mass-produced frame and one that was engineered with intention. From Melbourne’s Beach Road to Sydney’s Akuna Bay, the EURUS now rides where it belongs.
First Overseas Market Launched
