Warranty Coverage

  • Warranty Subject: This lifetime warranty applies to the original purchaser of SACCC INDUSTRY bicycles (including customized painted frames, forks and other core components produced by our brand) purchased online and shipped to Australia. The warranty is non-transferable and is only available to the original end consumer who made the retail purchase for personal use, not applicable to commercial resellers or second-hand purchasers[2].
  • Warranty Period: Lifetime from the date of receipt of the goods (the date of signature for receipt confirmed by the logistics provider shall prevail). This warranty is an extended quality commitment provided by SACCC INDUSTRY, which does not affect your statutory consumer rights under Australian relevant laws[1].
  • Covered Defects: This warranty covers all non-human damage defects caused by material defects, manufacturing defects or construction faults[1]. Specific scenarios include: frame/fork cracking (non-collision), paint peeling (non-scratching), component failure caused by manufacturing errors, and other quality problems that occur under normal use and are not caused by human factors. We guarantee that all our bicycles are free from such defects during the warranty period[1].

1.Warranty Exclusions

To ensure the fairness of the warranty policy, the following situations are not covered by this lifetime warranty, as they are caused by human factors or improper use:

  • Damage caused by human factors: collision, fall, scratch, improper assembly, incorrect use, intentional damage or negligence during use[2].
  • Damage caused by improper maintenance: failure to maintain the bicycle in accordance with the standard maintenance guidelines, or maintenance and modification carried out by unauthorized institutions or individuals (including secondary grinding of the frame which leads to loss of warranty).
  • Normal wear and tear: Wear of consumable components (such as tires, brake pads, chains, handles) caused by long-term use, which is a normal loss during product use and not covered by the warranty[2].
  • Damage caused by force majeure: Damage caused by natural disasters (such as earthquakes, floods), wars, public emergencies or other unforeseeable, unavoidable and insurmountable events.
  • Damage caused by non-compliance with Australian use regulations: Damage caused by using the bicycle in scenarios that do not comply with Australian relevant laws and regulations (such as riding in prohibited areas).
  • Bicycles with incomplete purchase records: Products that cannot provide a valid order number, purchase invoice or proof of receipt, or products whose serial number has been altered or erased.

2. Warranty Claim Procedures

If your bicycle has non-human damage defects that meet the warranty conditions, please follow the following procedures to apply for warranty service, and we will handle it efficiently for you:

  1. Claim Notification: Contact our customer service team within 7 working days after discovering the defect, and provide your order number, purchase date, recipient information, detailed description of the defect, and clear photos/videos of the defect (to confirm the cause and extent of the damage).
  2. Defect Verification: Our professional quality inspection team will verify the defect within 3-5 working days after receiving your claim application. If necessary, we may ask you to provide additional relevant materials to confirm whether the defect is within the warranty scope.
  3. Warranty Service Implementation: After the defect is verified to be within the warranty scope, we will provide the following warranty services according to the severity of the defect:
  4. Minor defects (such as local paint peeling): We will send professional repair materials and guidance, or arrange for authorized maintenance in Australia (if available), and bear the relevant repair costs.
  5. Major defects (such as frame cracking): We will provide free replacement of the defective component (such as frame, fork) and bear the international shipping cost of the replacement component to Australia.
  6. Service Completion: We will notify you in a timely manner of the progress of the warranty service, and confirm with you after the service is completed to ensure your satisfaction.

3. Important Notes

  • The warranty service only covers the cost of defective components and repair services. The transportation cost of the defective bicycle/components sent back to China (if necessary) shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
  • During the warranty period, if the defective component is no longer in production, we will replace it with a component of the same or higher specification that meets the product standards.
  • This lifetime warranty is based on the premise that the bicycle is used normally and maintained in accordance with the guidelines. Any unauthorized modification or improper use will invalidate the warranty.
  • SACCC INDUSTRY reserves the right to interpret this warranty policy, but will always adhere to the principle of fairness and reasonableness, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of customers to the greatest extent.
  • This warranty policy is an important part of our brand commitment of "Committed", and we will wholeheartedly provide you with high-quality after-sales warranty services, allowing you to use your customized bicycle with peace of mind.

4. Important Notes

  • The shipping cost does not include the customs duties, taxes and other related fees incurred in Australia. All such fees shall be borne by the recipient (unless otherwise specified in the order).
  • If the delivery is delayed or the goods are damaged due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, wars, customs policy adjustments), we will try our best to assist you in handling it, but we will not be liable for additional compensation.
  • For customized painted bicycles, the production and packaging time will be extended appropriately. We will inform you of the estimated shipment time in advance when you place the order.
