After years of perfecting the art of the frame surface, we turned our attention to what lies beneath. The EURUS aero road frame was born from an obsession with balance — aerodynamic efficiency and visual purity, structural stiffness and all-day compliance.
Every tube profile was shaped through countless CFD simulations. We rejected the trade-off between raw aero performance and refined aesthetics. The result is a frame engineered for speed, designed for individuality.

Every EURUS tube profile is the product of iterative CFD analysis — computational fluid dynamics that models airflow at every yaw angle a rider encounters on the road. From the truncated airfoil down tube to the deep-section seat post, each surface is shaped to minimize drag.
We tested at real-world conditions — from solo breakaway efforts at 35 km/h to peloton speeds pushing 55 km/h. The tube shapes are the survivors of thousands of design iterations, each discarded if it didn’t beat the baseline.
The EURUS chassis is built from T700 carbon fiber — the workhorse of high-performance cycling. T700 offers an optimized balance of tensile strength and impact resistance, ideal for a frame that needs to survive real roads, not just wind tunnels.
Our engineers mapped stress paths across every joint and tube, placing unidirectional carbon precisely where load demands it. The PF86 press-fit bottom bracket shell anchors the system, while the seat tube and stays are tuned for vertical compliance.
